A 44-year-old woman on Raghunanan Road was held captive for 45 minutes after three armed, masked gunmen forced entry into her home around 2:30 a.m. on April 30th. The intruders disabled her security cameras, seized her phone to prevent emergency calls, demanded cash and gold, and ransacked the property when valuables were limited. The victim was tied with cords cut from inside her home, forced face-down, and repeatedly threatened with death. She briefly escaped but was recaptured and restrained as the attackers continued searching every room. The suspects interrogated the victim about neighbouring homes and their occupants' work schedules, suggesting plans for additional attacks. Police arrived and the gang fled through the back of the property. At least three linked home invasions were reported overnight in Longdenville; one involved six armed men targeting a gated community.
