Safe Haven Status — Toco

Risk Level: 1.1/10· Primary Concern: Murder

Vehicle Safety as a Habit: Most vehicle-related robberies are opportunistic — a car with a visible bag and an unlocked door is a target even in safe areas. Keeping windows up and doing a quick scan before exiting costs nothing and maintains the safety standard your neighbourhood has built.

Community Trust Index: Areas with scores this low typically show the highest levels of inter-neighbour trust, translating to faster incident response and stronger collective vigilance.
