Morvant21-Year-Old Shot While Liming in Chinapoo (Justin Marajh)

Superville Hill, Chinapoo, Morvant, La Pastora Settlement , San Juan - Laventille

Justin Marajh, 21, was shot in the lower body while socializing with friends at Superville Hill, Chinapoo, Morvant around 11:30 p.m. on April 7. Marajh heard loud explosions and fled into a bushy area, where he fell after feeling a burning sensation and realized he had been shot. His mother contacted Morvant police station immediately. Officers located Marajh and transported him to the Eric Williams Medical Sciences Complex, where he underwent emergency surgery. Police are investigating the incident amid recent violence in the Chinapoo area.
