A 39-year-old mini-contractor from Cedros was standing outside his white Toyota Corolla in front of the market at Palo Seco Junction on Wednesday, June 5th around 8:30 a.m. when he received a $2,700 cash payment in a brown envelope for grass-cutting work previously completed. As the victim sat in the driver's seat and opened the envelope to verify the payment, a man identified as 'Kezzo' wearing a black T-shirt and black three-quarter jeans opened the driver's door, pointed a revolver at him, and demanded silence with the words 'Doh say nothin'. The suspect took the envelope containing the $2,700 and fled the scene. The victim, fearing for his life, did not resist and later reported the incident to Santa Flora Police Station around 9:15 a.m. Police are investigating the armed robbery with aggravation.
