Princes TownPolice Seize Pistol From Man Attempting Unauthorized Entry

Monkey Town, Princes Town, New Grant , Princes Town

Police responded to a report from a gas company in the South Western Division after on-site security detained an individual who allegedly attempted to enter the premises with a firearm. Upon arrival, officers arrested a 21-year-old man of Monkey Town, Princes Town, and seized one pistol together with a magazine containing two rounds of .38 ammunition. The suspect and items seized were conveyed to the Point Fortin Police Station for processing. The arrest was made during anti-crime operations conducted within the past 24 hours.
