New GrantMurder Accused Shot in Latest Attack (Grappie)

A man known as Grappie, of Farmers Trace, New Grant, was shot on Friday in the latest attack targeting him since his release from prison in 2022. Grappie was previously shot at his home on 29 June 2024, leaving him critically injured, and again wounded in January 2026 in Moruga. Police are investigating whether the attacks are linked to his involvement in a 2005 kidnapping and murder case or to other ongoing disputes. No motive has been confirmed.
