The packages were discovered in several Crocus bags during a police operation supervised by Inspector Titus and Sergeant Bethelmy. The operation was coordinated by Senior Superintendent Ramnarine, Superintendent Ramsook, and Assistant Superintendent Singh. Investigations are ongoing under the direction of Police Constable Rodriguez.
