Elderly Man Chopped and Restrained During Violent Toco Home Invasion

A 65-year-old man was attacked by three intruders who entered his San Souci home through an open window early Sunday morning. The victim was chopped on his hands and feet, tied up with electrical cords, and robbed of his mobile phones and bank cards before the suspects fled.
