Two Venezuelan nationals arrested with illegal firearms in Golconda

Sir Solomon Hochoy Highway, vicinity of Golconda, Debe, Penal - Debe

Two Venezuelan nationals, aged 35 and 30, were arrested by Police Officers of the Debe Highway Patrol Unit on Monday, April 6, 2026, during a routine road exercise along the Sir Solomon Hochoy Highway in the vicinity of Golconda. Officers stopped vehicle PBO 1133 and conducted a search, discovering two loaded illegal semi-automatic pistols in the vehicle. Both suspects were residing in Debe at the time of arrest. The firearms were seized and both individuals were taken into custody.
