Police are investigating a case of grand theft after an estate constable discovered that seven high-value Huawei batteries, totaling $154,000 USD in value (or approximately $1,040,058.00 TTD based on standard exchange rates), were stolen from a TSTT cell tower site in Palo Seco. The theft occurred sometime between November 24 and December 7, 2025, from the secured battery cabinets at the Central Crescent, Beach Road location.
