Boundary Road near Aranguez North Secondary School, San Juan, San Juan - Laventille

A 68-year-old pastor and businessman was the victim of a violent armed robbery and shooting around 8:30 a.m. on Monday, December 8, 2025, near the Aranguez North Secondary School. The victim, attempting to deposit funds for Real Tuff Builders Outlet Limited, was approached by an armed man in a reflective vest. During a struggle for the bag, the pastor was shot in the right thigh. The assailant escaped with the bag containing $100,400 in cash and $19,000 in cheques, totaling $119,400. The victim received medical treatment at a private hospital.
