Man wakes to find his parrots being carted off in wheelbarrow (Gary Martin, 39)

Gary Martin, 39, reported a larceny from his dwelling in Dow Village South late Thursday night after he was awakened by barking dogs. Thieves ripped open a secured enclosure and stole a brush cutter, a wheelbarrow, and two Amazon parrots valued at $1,200. Martin observed a relative pushing the stolen items in the wheelbarrow near the S.M. Jaleel car park before the suspect fled.
