During the same criminal incident in Sangre Grande on Monday morning, 35-year-old Jose Cedeno was injured after a suspect fired a shot in his direction as he arrived on the scene. Cedeno sustained injuries to his right shoulder and was transported to the hospital, where he is listed in stable condition.
