Homicide AttemptDaeby Guedez (33) Shot in Groin During Home Invasion

Non Pareil Cocoa Estate, Comparo Road, Oropuche, Sangre Grande

A violent home invasion and armed robbery occurred around 8:00 a.m. on Monday in the Sangre Grande area, during which 33-year-old Daeby Guedez was seriously injured. Two masked men, one armed with a suspected shotgun, shot Guedez in the groin upon forced entry. The attackers stole a Samsung cellphone and $700 in cash before fleeing. Guedez is currently in stable condition.
