Princes Town42-Year-Old Labourer Arrested with 9mm Pistol, Ammunition

Cedar Hill Road, Manahambre Road, Princes Town

A 42-year-old labourer of Cedar Hill Road, Manahambre Road, Princes Town was arrested on Friday, May 29, 2026 during an intelligence-led anti-crime exercise conducted by Princes Town CID between 4:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. Officers executed targeted searches in identified hotspot areas within the Southern Division as part of ongoing efforts to curb firearm-related offences, robberies, narcotics activities, and shootings. During the operation, police allegedly discovered and seized one 9mm pistol and three rounds of 9mm ammunition from the suspect. The suspect was arrested for Possession of a Firearm and Possession of Ammunition. Investigations are ongoing and being continued by PC Thomas.
