CouvaPistol Magazine with 4 Rounds Seized in Task Force Exercise

Greig Street, vicinity of mango tree, Couva, Couva - Tabaquite - Talparo

Task Force officers recovered a black plastic bag containing one pistol magazine with four rounds of ammunition in the vicinity of a mango tree off Greig Street, Couva on Saturday, June 13, 2026. The seizure was made during an anti-crime exercise conducted between 4:30 pm and 9:30 pm in the Central Division. No arrests were made in connection with this particular seizure. The exercise was coordinated by ACP Remy, Senior Superintendent Bhagwandeen, Superintendent Frank, and Inspector Rampersad; investigations are ongoing.
