A man was standing in front of his home on Naparima Mayaro Road in Iere Village, Princes Town around 7:30 PM when a black car stopped nearby and a gunman opened fire. The victim ran to the back of his home and was not injured during the attack. The assailant returned to the vehicle, which sped away from the scene. Officers from the Princes Town CID and Southern Division Area East Task Force recovered 18 spent 9mm shells, two live rounds of ammunition, a projectile and a metal fragment at the scene. Investigations are continuing.
