A violent carjacking occurred in Arima, Northern Division, at approximately 10:50 p.m. on Sunday, December 21, 2025. A white Hyundai SUV, bearing registration number PDU 9888, was taken at gunpoint by unknown assailants. The suspects confronted the victim and fled the scene with the vehicle shortly before 11:00 p.m.
