Around 6:20 a.m. on Monday, June 23rd, 2025, police received a report of a body discovered in the outdoor washroom of a residence at Charles Trace, off Goodwill Street, Enterprise, Chaguanas. The homeowner reported finding the body while using the washroom around 6:00 a.m. Officers found the lifeless body of a male of African descent, approximately 5'7" tall, wearing blue jeans and a black hoodie, lying on his back with apparent stab wounds to the head, face, and neck. Several pieces of a broken bottle were found at the scene. The washroom is described as an open, unsecured, unfinished concrete structure separated from the main house by a corridor. Police have launched a homicide investigation.
