A naked Venezuelan man was brutally beaten with a PVC pipe by a man and a woman on Davis Street in Belmont. The victim was heard crying out in Spanish during the assault. A second video later showed the same man lying motionless on the roadway, though his condition and the full circumstances of the incident remain unclear.
