A 44-year-old man from Petersfield, Chaguanas was arrested on Saturday, March 7, 2026 at Jolly's Bar on Caroni Savannah Road after patrons noticed what appeared to be a gun on him and alerted police. Officers responded and searched the establishment and people present. Police recovered a Smith and Wesson pistol along with a magazine containing four rounds of 9mm ammunition from the suspect.
