Around 2:45 p.m., a 62-year-old man and an 18-year-old man were at the Beetham Landfill to dispose of wood when they were targeted by criminals. While seated in a white Isuzu van, the victims were approached on both sides of the vehicle by two men who announced a robbery. The suspects relieved both victims of their personal belongings before fleeing the area on foot. A report was subsequently lodged at the Long Circular Police Post and referred to the Besson Street Police Station for further investigation.
