Six individuals were detained under Preventive Detention Orders, including Lloyd Sealey (owner/operator), his sibling Ornella Sealey (accountant/manager), Marvin Boyce (security), Robert Cuffaro Gabriel (gate control), Rudy Dember (security guard), and Stephon De Four Jr (bartender/DJ). The Counter Trafficking Unit and Crime Suppression Unit recovered narcotics and items consistent with a brothel. Authorities said the group used threats, violence, and firearms to recruit, harbour, and control victims. Police identified the operation as a major organised criminal network involved in structured exploitation.
