Violent home invasion at doubles vendor's residence (victim identity withheld)

Orange Field Road, Carapichaima, Couva - Tabaquite - Talparo

A violent home invasion occurred at the residence of a doubles vendor along Orange Field Road, Carapichaima, around 3:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 18, 2026. The occupants were assaulted with a hammer during the incident. The assailants robbed them of an undisclosed sum of cash along with other valuables before fleeing the scene. Police are searching for suspects and a vehicle connected to the incident.
