Seven 12-gauge cartridges seized in Rousillac; two arrested

Rousillac, South Oropouche , Siparia

During an operation in the Oropouche district around 1:00 a.m. on April 6th, officers executed a search at a residence in Rousillac under the Emergency Powers Regulations. Seven 12-gauge cartridges were discovered concealed in a bedroom. A 52-year-old male labourer and a 29-year-old female were arrested on suspicion of Possession of Ammunition. Both individuals remain in police custody pending further enquiries.
