Frederick SettlementTeen Sales Rep Robbed, Beaten on Way to Bus Stop

Caroni South Bank Road, vicinity of Caroni Presbyterian School, Frederick Settlement , Tunapuna - Piarco

An 18-year-old sales representative was attacked and robbed on Caroni South Bank Road near Caroni Presbyterian School in Frederick Settlement, Caroni on Friday at 5:40 a.m. The assailant struck her with a metal object to the back of her knees, causing her to fall, then continued beating her about the body before stealing her black purse containing her Trinidad and Tobago ID card, $800 in cash, and a Samsung S20 phone valued at $2,200. The suspect fled eastward along Caroni South Bank Road. Police are investigating; no arrests have been made.
