What was initially reported as a fatal vehicular accident has been ruled a homicide following a forensic examination. Shylum Eastman was found dead inside his wagon, PCK 2627, after it veered off Church Street and crashed into the Manzanilla cemetery. While investigators first suspected the crash caused his death, an autopsy at the Forensic Sciences Centre confirmed that Eastman had been executed with gunshot wounds to the head prior to the collision.
