Uva DriveFather and Teenage Son Robbed, Vehicle Carjacked at 5 AM

Uva Drive, Cunupia, Couva - Tabaquite - Talparo

A father and his teenage son were robbed and assaulted on Uva Drive at approximately 5:05 AM on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, while seated in a white Nissan Tiida (registration PCR 608). Two men dressed in dark clothing approached the vehicle, announced a robbery, and assaulted the father with multiple blows before forcibly taking the car. The suspects fled the scene in the stolen vehicle, leaving both victims behind. Police investigations are ongoing.
