A 48-year-old company director was robbed at gunpoint and had his licensed firearm stolen while changing a flat tyre along the San Fernando to Point Fortin Highway in La Brea on Wednesday evening at approximately 6:35 PM. The victim was exiting his vehicle at the TGU Roundabout when a white AD wagon approached from the opposite direction, and the front seat passenger—wearing three-quarter pants, white vest, and cap—exited and pointed a firearm at him, demanding his valuables. The gunman took $1,800 from the victim's pants pocket and a black knapsack containing a black Glock pistol with a 15-round magazine. The suspect then fled the scene in the AD wagon. Police canvassed the area but found no surveillance cameras in the vicinity to aid the investigation.
