Woman Shot in Malick After Falling Victim to Fraudulent Facebook Car Advertisement

Valley Drive, Upper 6th Avenue, Malick, San Juan, San Juan - Laventille

A 20-year-old woman and a 28-year-old man were ambushed in Malick while attempting to purchase a vehicle advertised on Facebook by an individual using a pseudonym. Upon arriving at the meeting location on Valley Drive, a gunman approached and opened fire on their vehicle as they attempted to escape. The woman sustained a gunshot wound to the buttocks and was transported to the hospital for treatment.
