Pilot loses $125,000 after Land Cruiser smashed open (36)

Maritime Centre, Maritime Plaza, Barataria, San Juan, San Juan - Laventille

A 36-year-old helicopter pilot reported the theft of $125,000 in cash and a manager’s cheque from his Toyota Land Cruiser parked at Maritime Centre. The victim had parked the vehicle around 12:15 p.m. and returned at 2 p.m. to find the front left window smashed and the glove compartment open. A dash cam valued at USD $250 was also stolen during the incident.
