Tableland Secondary SchoolFive Ministry Laptops Stolen from IT Lab

Tableland Secondary School, Information Technology laboratory, Robert , Couva - Tabaquite - Talparo

Five Lenovo laptops belonging to the Ministry of Education were stolen from the Information Technology laboratory at Tableland Secondary School. Staff members discovered the devices missing during checks conducted on May 28, 2026, when the laptops assigned to the IT department were found unaccounted for. The theft was reported to Tableland Police Station on Monday, June 1, 2026, around 5 p.m., after school officials confirmed the loss. Crime Scene Investigators visited the school and made observations as part of the ongoing investigation; the value of the stolen devices is yet to be determined.
