A 40-year-old woman reported that she was sexually assaulted at her home in the Central Division during the early hours of Monday, June 22, 2026. The woman was asleep when she heard knocking at her bedroom door and encountered her common-law partner, who requested entry into the room. The woman refused entry, but the man allegedly forced his way inside before sexually assaulting her. Officers from the Central Division are conducting active investigations into the matter.
