Matilda Road1,200 Grams of Cannabis Seized, One Arrested

Matilda Road, St Julien , Princes Town

Officers from Princes Town CID discovered 1,200 grams of high-grade cannabis during a search at a Matilda Road residence on July 31st, 2025. The seizure was conducted during a separate anti-crime exercise as part of coordinated warrant operations across multiple divisions. The arrested individual is expected to appear before the South Masters' Court on Monday, August 4th, 2025 for drug trafficking offences. Police continue efforts to disrupt drug trafficking and maintain law and order during the State of Emergency.
