Family robbed at gunpoint during home invasion in Las Lomas

Boy Cato Road, Las Lomas, Chin Chin Savanna Village , Couva - Tabaquite - Talparo

Four armed men invaded a home on Boy Cato Road in Las Lomas around 1:45 a.m. on Friday morning, awakening the sleeping family with a loud crashing noise. The intruders forced the victims into a room while ransacking the house and stealing valuables. An adult resident lost $2,200 in cash and two gold rings, while an 18-year-old lost $1,500 in cash and a 16-year-old lost $900 in cash. The armed men fled the scene with their stolen goods. Police are investigating the incident and searching for the suspects.
