A 28-year-old lecturer was robbed by armed bandits at her home in San Francique, Penal, during the early hours of Tuesday, February 10, 2026. Police reported that around 2 a.m., the woman was awakened by movement in another room and subsequently saw four Spanish-speaking men enter her bedroom armed with two firearms and two cutlasses, all wearing gloves. The bandits robbed the lecturer of an undisclosed amount of cash and personal items during the home invasion. Police are investigating the incident and searching for the four armed suspects. No arrests have been made at this time.
