A burglary occurred at a residence in Woodford Gardens, Chaguanas, Central Division, during the early hours of Tuesday, December 16, 2025. The victim, a 33-year-old patient care assistant, was awakened around 4:00 a.m. by her car alarm and discovered a masked intruder fleeing through a southern window. The suspect, described as 5 feet 8 inches tall, escaped after ransacking the home and stealing $5,000 TTD in cash and various gold jewelry, including a chain with a pendant and earrings marked "Mick."
