A woman walking south along Charlotte Street near Lucky Bakery was robbed around 1:35 p.m. on Monday afternoon. A man of African descent with twit plaits, wearing a black t-shirt and black ¾ pants, grabbed her gold chain and heart-shaped pendant valued at TT$2,500 and fled north along Charlotte Street. The victim was physically grabbed during the robbery, constituting assault. Police are investigating; no arrests reported.
