Authorities discovered a body in San Rafael on Saturday that is believed to belong to 25-year-old Sir-Jamal Rampersad, who vanished after a family dinner in Curepe on Wednesday. Rampersad had stayed behind to meet a woman and intended to take a rideshare home, but his phone was later found abandoned on a roadside in Talparo. Police are currently awaiting forensic confirmation to positively identify the remains.
