A 38-year-old driver was grazed to the head by a bullet, and a 34-year-old woman driving a white Toyota Corolla was shot in the hand and back in Belmont on Tuesday. A boy in the woman's vehicle suffered scratches to his hand but remained in generally good health. Both injured adults drove themselves to hospital and were receiving treatment as of Tuesday afternoon. Investigators recovered 26 spent 9 mm shells at the scene. Officers of the Port of Spain CID are continuing enquiries.
