Power cables were cut and stolen from five wells across Tobago between Friday evening and early Saturday morning, discovered on Saturday. The theft resulted in a loss of approximately 2.1 million gallons of water per day, severely disrupting supply to multiple communities including Courland, Crown Point, Plymouth, Les Coteaux, Culloden, Seaview, Signal Hill, Patience Hill, Lambeau, Lowlands, Bloody Bay and Castara.
