Joseph was approached on the compound, informed of the allegations, cautioned, and arrested on suspicion of larceny on April 19, 2026. The matter was reported to police at 5:45 p.m. that day. Officers PC Ramroop, PC Gopaul, and WPC Carter Thompson conducted the investigation.
