Sangre GrandeFour-Year-Old Boy Snatched in Stolen Nissan Navara, Found Safe

Guaico Tamana Road, Sangre Grande

A four-year-old boy was taken during the theft of a white Nissan Navara on Guaico Tamana Road, Sangre Grande on Saturday around 3:00 p.m. The 51-year-old owner reported that a 40-year-old man known to him drove off with the vehicle while his young son was still inside. Police located the vehicle and child at a nearby site shortly after the theft was reported. The child was found unharmed inside the vehicle. A 40-year-old suspect was arrested by Sangre Grande Police Station officers. The child was medically examined and confirmed to be in good health.
