A 42-year-old man was targeted in a home invasion at Philippine Road, San Fernando on April 20 at approximately 11 pm, following a verbal dispute at a bar earlier that evening. The three suspects allegedly threw objects at the residence, damaging a window and sheet of plyboard, then forced entry and engaged in a physical scuffle with the victim. One suspect, a Firearm User's Licence holder, allegedly brandished a firearm and made threats to kill, while the other two made threats of violence; family members intervened and removed the suspects from the premises. The matter was reported to San Fernando Police Station, and PC Cabrera led the investigation. All three accused were charged and each granted bail of $200,000 with surety; they are awaiting a sufficiency hearing date.
