ManzanillaDecomposing Body with Head Wounds Found Near Burnt Vehicle (Raaian Ragoobar)

Raaian Ragoobar decomposed body bearing wounds to the head and body was discovered near a burnt-out green Nissan Y11 Wagon on Manzanilla Mayaro Road near Lot 273 on Monday, May 18, 2026 at approximately 8 a.m. The vehicle, registration PBW 9541, was found completely destroyed by fire, with severe damage to the engine, interior, and exterior, parked facing east along a beach access road. Officers from Manzanilla Police Station responded to information received and conducted searches in the surrounding area, discovering the body a short distance from the burnt vehicle. Crime Scene Investigators processed the area and collected evidence to determine whether the body and vehicle are linked. The burnt vehicle was removed to Manzanilla Police Station as investigations continued. Police are awaiting autopsy results to determine the cause of death and whether foul play was involved.
