An ice cream vendor operating Real Top Quality Home Made Ice Cream along Eastern Main Road in Petit Bourg, San Juan was robbed of $580 in cash, a silver chain, and a Samsung cellular phone at gunpoint on Monday night around 8:40 p.m. A man armed with a firearm approached the vendor, pointed the weapon at him, and demanded he hand over his belongings.
