Two men from Arima were robbed of approximately $400 TTD by two men of African descent on the Beetham Highway, westbound lane near Dump, at 2:34 AM on Saturday, June 6, 2026. The robbery occurred minutes after the victims' Lancer Motor vehicle broke down on the roadway. The two suspects fled the scene with the cash into Beetham Gardens. Police are investigating the incident; no arrests have been reported.
