SipariaTwo Men Shot Dead at Birthday Party on Taylor Avenue

Taylor Avenue, Quinam Road, Siparia

Two men were shot and killed at a birthday gathering on Taylor Avenue, Quinam Road, Siparia at approximately 2:30 a.m. on Friday, June 19, 2026. One victim has been identified as 39-year-old Osei Packett, also known as "Danqua"; the second victim remains unidentified but was found with several tattoos including one bearing the name "Joshua". A verbal dispute broke out during the birthday celebration, and one man allegedly pulled out a firearm and opened fire, causing attendees to scatter. Both men were discovered unresponsive with gunshot wounds and were pronounced dead at the scene by police officers who responded to reports of the shooting. Investigators from the Homicide Bureau are conducting inquiries to determine the motive and identify the person or persons responsible for the killings.
