A 24-year-old man was found with his hands and feet bound in Heights of Guanapo near Memisa School and the Lady Hochoy Home on Monday. Municipal police responded to an All Points Bulletin regarding the reported kidnapping and located the victim in the area. The victim was rescued and taken to the Arima Health Facility for a medical examination. Following the examination, the victim was handed over to the Arima Criminal Investigations Department for further investigation. Investigations into the kidnapping are continuing; no arrests have been made in connection with the abduction.
