A 71-year-old man from Cunupia was beaten and robbed of $3,470 cash at a bar on Eleanor Street, Chaguanas on Friday, July 3, 2026, shortly before 11:00 AM. Two men of African descent attacked the victim and stole the cash from him. The victim was physically assaulted during the robbery. Police are investigating the incident; no arrests have been reported at this time.
